I have received phone calls from many companys when proxys due. This is not unusual.

They simply want to be sure you have voted. If you have not voted, think the issue through. If another company was trying to change their domicile would you think this was a good idea or a bad one.

Lehman Bros. is not the only entity explaining the advantages to prospective clients. We should see more attempts to change domicile in 1999, especially if XOMA is successful.

I feel suspicious about this changing nationality thing, too.
It may be going to be a close call. I got two notices in a
row and felt the emergency. Unlike some other small companies,
XOMA had a lot of publicity and its majority shares may not
be held by the management guys/gals.

IMHO, the only good thing to move their is the directors can have
a better place to live. As shareholders, we have less control
over the company than if it is an American one.
