Tom,

I think the number of shorts who lost their pants on internet stocks far outnumbered the ones who made profits. Period.

EBAY has better chance of breaking 300 than dropping to 200 before the new year. Actually the number of people who become true believers on this sector has snowballed in the last several weeks. Every drop in price of these first tier names will be regarded as fantastic buying opportunity. And the second tier issues are about the break out this week.

Do agree that the sector should lose momentum after Q1 number comes out. However, I don't believe in a crash in the first half of next year.
