Sunset or Richmond? <g> Getting too old? The worst parking I had was in the Haight. I lived a few blocks from H/Ashbury. Used to drive around for 30 or 45 minutes after work looking for a spot and spend the same amount of time in the morning walking around trying to find the dang thing. Here's a little prayer: Sister Mary full of Grace Help me find my parking place Depending on the neighborhood you are going to, it is helpful, and polite, to start praying well ahead of time, maybe hours ahead. Afterall, SF is SF and one should only ask so of the Goddess. She appreciates a bit of lead time. I miss those biting winds. From a distance.
