Yousef, I wonder if they thought that far ahead to realize the implications of a K9 chip. Perhaps they will call it the Grayhound?

I do not know why they have no laptop entry?. perhaps it is too inefficient and makes: too much heat/too short a battery life, or both for a laptop. The other thought is that they have only one facility capable of the fastest processors and are reluctant to introduce an interruption to this line for a possibly yield threatening step? Intel has the facilities to dedicate a line to their laptop chips.
Please advise if this is in error, as if AMD could change the line to make a new chip with minimal risk I think they would have done so as margins are better. The other reason could be lack of a valid candidate for this role?
