X, I would concur with Clint. Although I own IFMX and think it will be a good investment over the next year, I would not recommend purchase for a sole investment holding.

I would either point your friend to a mutual fund or a larger 'blue . Perhaps a smaller number of shares of MSFT, INTC, CSCO, PFE, MRK, GE or the like would be good strategy, or a mutual fund.
