Cisco is that they can't "hook" in customers like Microsoft can
Cisco sells a "package" that, along with their marketing setup, really does "hook in" customers. No one can do it like Microsoft, but Cisco is the next best thing to MSFT, IMO.

In no way shape or form do I try to kid myself that PE's of
70-90 can last for Cisco, Microsoft, or Dell. I think these
are stretch PE's related to decrease in interest rates, and
relief rallies. I think the current momentum will bring them
higher, but there'll be an inevetable correction and eventually
the earnings will increase and the price will decrease to bring
into effect PE's nearer the long term averages.

Then we can begin this cycle again :-)
