After this mess, I think that the vote required to impeach a President should be raised to 2/3 of the House & Senate. That would insure that any affirmative vote would be bi-partisan.

I'd really like to see an amendment requiring any Presidential candidate have at least one tour of duty in a branch of the Armed Services.
