What's the worst that can happen to her Monica for lying. If Monica is shown to be lying, or any of the other witnesses whose statements show up in Starr's version of his report they will be caught up in the same linguistic trap that brought down Livingston. The RRs are going to have to prove she lied when she stated under oath that no one offered her a job or asked her to lie, if they want to make any sort of prosecution on their obstruction of justice article.
