How do you know they've improved? Just because something is advertised doesn't mean it's better. I DISAGREE. In their commercial, they have indicated how high they are ranked by JD Power..(I forgot the exact name of this firm). This is the kind thing that gets people to switch to your product. By the way, when I said their internet access service used to be awful, I meant it was this way in Canada. I don't know how it was in the USA. There had been a lot of confusion about their internet business and they struggled with it. With all of their resources, you know they would proceed to fix any problems-- and they have. Now there does not appear to be any confusion. 1) MSN (advertised as MSN.com), the portal site 2) MSN Internet Access. It seems clear to me. I heard recently that MSN is the fastest growing portal site. I am not surprised. By the way, I will soon swith to MSN Internet Access (will try one month free first)
