Well... I plead ignorance about Johnson Dwight. I do know he is revered in the irish community and that he got his picture on the face of the $20 bill.

Umm... if I were you I wouldn't try to pass any of those $20 with Johnson's picture.

This is a very misunderstood period in our history. I suggest everyone get a good history book to read over the holidays.

Thank you Michelle, I had about 50 twenty dollar bills that had Jackson's picture on them. Glad I burned them instead of passing bogus 20s.

Well Michelle, I guess the others have enlightened you as to those $20 bills..so that leaves your ignorance of Johnson pretty much complete. Well, what can I say about your prediction of the "destruction of the Republican party in 2000"...besides I won't be holding my breath. As for "the destruction of Clinton's family"...umm...I would say that his infidelities had more to do with that than this impeachment which nobody seems very ruffled over.

Someday you might come to grips with reality Michelle, but I'm not holding my breath on that either. Nevertheless there is always hope.

btw Michelle, what do you refer to when you say "Yes too bad about Clinton and the destruction of his family.."??

I thought the general pro-Clinton viewpoint was "if it's ok with Hillary, then it's ok with me". And I thought that Hillary was "standing by her man"; her family is "intact", etc etc??

So what is this "destruction of his family"? I think you might be confusing Clinton's self-destruction of his legacy with the destruction of "his family". Clinton's family life is his own business, and he has evidently chosen to take liberties with intimate contact with people other than his wife. That is his business.

The trouble started when Clinton decided to lie to a Federal court presided over by Susan W-W, and then lie to a Federal Grand Jury. That's just not cool, and so he was impeached. It's that simple. Being President doesn't give one a right to thumb their nose at duly authorized Federal officers. I guess that lesson is still sinking in with Clinton though. Some people are hard-headed. "Thump thump thump thump" (that's my Bible I'm thumping). :-)

Bogus money Michelle. Everybody else is getting the $20 bills with Andrew Jackson on them.

Actually, I think Andrew Jackson should have been impeached. He became famous because he recruited the Indians to fight in the military winning the interior for America. Later he sent them on the trail of tears without blinking. What a drunken jerk. Can we at least get the bumb off our money?
