TB, Thanks for the thoughtful comments. My single biggest issue at the moment is finding a place in Europe, equivalent to the First-Call site and/or service.

It is my opinion we can hem and haw and draw lines and supports and you name it, eventually it is always the earnings that will will the upper hand. For the time being we are doing momentum in the school (har har har!)
