BTW when you contacted the TA did you ask about total shares issued and size of the public float? Hmm - Didn't think most TA's would give out that kind of information - how many shares are outstanding on each day - to members of the general public. I will wait for the complete 10 Q to find out By the way even if the number is greater still you are not illegible for sale more than 1% from the outstanding for that day( 4.5m )and according to my lawyer if you in violation( selling more then 1% in 90 days) then NOTHING could be free up..........!
