On a gut level, I see the witching effect to diminish Monday midday with some pullback in the stock price. "How much?" is somewhat unpredictable, but the 32 floor is not impossible as there are still 2 short weeks before MWSF. I have forever made the mistake of expecting Apple to lift sooner than it usually does by at least a week. I'm not going to do it this time. MWSF will start to affect the stock in the week after Christmas.

The pressure on the stock was to the negative from 35 before triple witching, and barring any new forces, will probably return to the negative from 35. I really expect to buy back in at around 33 on Wednesday or Thursday.

Very interesting. The chart for the last several years looks like on of those charts of a collision in a nuclear accelerator <g>. But I get the point about the downtrending resistance.

Here is a cool day - 22C - but with extreme UV forecast (13 units of whatever). Should be warming up to about 30C on Christmas Day. This year so far 36C max. Much cooler than last year which was an extreme El Nino event.

I'm always amused by Australians who think even Canberra is cold....
