Excellent new additional info and insight. I think the key is your sentence "Look at cash consumption, though, it could be a few quarters." Even if not effective, two new members of a management team could be used by the spin doctors. That and the new bank loan convince me to wait for the catalyst or just to move to other pastures.


PS Agree also that the option are only an alternative if the catalyst happens quickly- but think the company will probably last beyond their expiration. Risk/reward not good I am thinking.
(the hardest decision, yet possibly the most profitable, one has at the track is sometimes to pass on a race).
