PA, I am coming to really enjoy reading your posts. (GG) The valuation of DCI has certainly expanded rapidly over the last 9 months, with:

1. The acquisition of Edge, which was as I recall was running 8 million annually when we bought them last summer.

2. The rapid expansion of Edge's revenues since we acquired them, from 8 million annualized to a 76.8 million $ run rate. (hmmm, that's more than a 10X annualized growth rate (GG)).

3. The creation of a joint venture with TWC with contracts valued at 340 million, of which DCI has a 51% controlling interest, ramp up in progress.

4. The recent alliance with IXC, which gives us access to an amazing amount of infrastructure at prices that will allow DCI to ramp up to significant operating profits in the not to distant future and become a truly global LD company.

5. I understand also that revenues were up nicely for the Datawave JV, but almost hesitate to even mention this, as the other developments are just so huge! Nonetheless, as we know this division is on the block so to speak, this is good news with respect to the amount of $$ this sale will put into DCI's coffers.

So here we are in yet another quiet period, which occurred quite suddenly... Lots of speculation about what this new QP might be about and while I think this is interesting, for now it's enough for me to know that the new QP indicates that DCI is moving forward on SOMETHING significant. The new QP could be about a great many things that would fall under the "increase in shareholder value" comment DCI made before going into the QP, all I care about is that this value is increasing. (GG) I would like to add, that while I don't know when the company will be sold, that for anyone that has crunched the numbers, it's obvious to me at least that DCI is either already at, or very close to a valuation where a sale for $10/share could become a reality at anytime and all that is needed is a buyer ready to step up to the plate. I really hope that when this happens, that if it turns out to be a stock deal that we end up owning a company with a bright future such as IXC, I believe that they would be an excellent logical choice. Yep, I am a feelin quite good about my investment in DCTC about now as I do think that good things are a comin. (GG)
