Nice posturing >>however all the intellectualizing or legal beagalizing in the world will not negate the fact that the Silicon WHINERS were not Johnnie on the spot and they r now sobbing to the G about their injuries!!Of course the G seeing their hysterics has responded with their own pathetic take at the dramatics in order to show us and the world that they will do SOMETHING!!! That SOMETHING may be to totally mess up the innovation and creativity of the entire computer industry as they bungle and flail about spitting into the WIND!!! In any event MICROSOFT will prevail and the G may get a few slaps in BUT eventually they will tire and focus their energies on the more important issues we PAY them to do !! Go MICROSOFT!!!
