Regarding Emerson,there is always the chance that Jurick and Grossman started the ball rolling to create some interest and hoped that others would get involved. RWB=====I doubt he could be forced,and I really don't think Jurick has come to a decision on the offer,as yet. ALLEN==Last but not least.--------No price war in my mind since the company worth is not that high at this time.Other offers possibly,but price war,not at the moment. I have heard that there is some other company that is interested and may make offer soon. All I was told is that it was rumored that a big company with a small name may throw a bid in there somewhere. I told him i'll believe it when I see it in the form of a press release.
