I've been biting my lip all weekend. Even though I don't own CHIF, when I saw the news about that reverse I was pissed!!! CHIF only has less than 7 million shares outstanding and a float of around 1 1/2 million....before the 100 for 1 reverse. My understanding is that he's pulling the reverse to convert the debentures in a similar arrangement that TNRG has. Please tell me I'm wrong. Despite all of the above, it makes no damn sense to sell this stock for $.01 and I'm not going to do it. On paper it's worth so much more. If Tilton could only get his act together and get these businesses going, audit his company, and do what a company is supposed to do- make money. I hope his phone rings off the hook Monday with concerned investors letting him know how they view a reverse split, which Tilton has promised investors for months he would never do with this stock.
