Dec 18 after close
Progress Software Corp. (PRGS) 35: supplier of application development, deployment and management solutions posts a Q4 net of $0.43 a share, four cents better than the First Call estimate, vs year-ago profit of $0.20 a share; revenues increased 32% to $69.2 mln;

Dec 17 after close
Periphonics Corp (PERI) 13 -5/16: provider of services for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) reports Q2 net of $0.12 a share, two cents above the First Call mean, vs yr-ago earnings of $0.07; revenue rose 29.2% to $66.1 million;

Lisa.. yes, duly noted. I'm now doing the earnings plays already for the entire month of January, this weekend, through the rest of the week. There won't be any pre-reporting that we won't know about come January.. Every company on the list will be called and earnings date revised as necessary. I have 2 separate services for earnings dates (now Telescan has a service) and of course First Call..but companies still pre-report. PRGS did show anticipation upswing 1 day before earnings but I am sure it went unnoticed.
