TSIG will fly when the MM stop holding down the price of the stock!
MM and day traders can continue to sell into TSIG as long as demand does not out-number house inventory. Firms do this to give brokers the opportunity to call all their clients and pitch the stock. You have noticed how they shook out shares on Friday before the news! Profit-taking will occur as the stock goes up but most of the selling is from MM, in my opinion, seems like they want to keep the price at this level but supply and demand could ruin their game plan.
With 6,000 league presidents being notified (perhaps by e-mail) it is probably wise to have the stock you want to hold for the long run already. It could happen any time!
Trading stock can be bought and sold daily but it sure looks to me as if we are getting close, Monday and/or the next two weeks could be very exciting!
News on the PR Wire and the Business Wire are usually picked up by Bloomberg, Reuters and the Dow Jones News a day later! This gives brokers time to get their clients in. So far they have not picked up any of TSIG's PR's but when they do or are picked up by CNBC it will be too late to position yourself in the stock!
BEST,
Happy Holidays,
ED
