good point, bull. In the past, WE have had all kinds of rumors as far as DGIV is concerned. To me, a signed contract is only verified when we have a public announcement. Until that time comes, I don't believe in any "rumor".. After all, those who start "rumors" (good or bad "rumors") do so for their own benefits. I would not recommend that anyone bases their investment decision on rumors! DGIV will eventually get the contracts, given the hard work by Jimmy Chin and his people. However, I will wait for the ANNOUNCEMENTS. Don't invest in "rumors", or you would not do very well :)
