Chuca, I agree , its about time the state starts doing it's job. If the state was assisting the DD's instead of placing stumbling blocks at every turn it would make life a little easier for all. Any time the government is involved in any way , the cost will double and the time to get the job done will be ten times over. Maybe if they had to earn their living like the rest of us,( there is always a time limit to get the job done in order to make a profit) but with the government they have no need to get the job done because they have our tax money and they get paid if they succeed or not. As you can tell from my post I have had dealings with government officials before and never once had a good experience. Paunch
