I don't care about rumors, and i don't invest based on rumors. I know why I invest in DGIV and will wait for OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS of contracts, whenever they come !

I have asked them before how they are paid by DGIV, I believe it was not with stock, been sometime now since I asked.

To answer your pointed question, I put a lot more value in what they say than I do what you say.... why?....b/c I want to....so buzz off.....
