Roger,

I think that it will be more prudent to short the internet stocks before they report Q1 revenue and earning number. Also it will be safer to short third tier issues. the first tier issues are very bullish, and even the second tier has strong momentum. If the third tier issues rally along with the top ones, I guess it will be a decent short.
