In most relationships, a PR firm on some kind of retainer will not say anything in relation to upcoming events or even rumours of upcoming events unless they have the approval of the company they represent. If its not kosher, it could be construed as "insider information."

Too many of these PR firms that represent smaller public companies have had their collective hands slapped by the SEC in the past...one "local" instance being Liberty Capital.

One wonders why public companies (including DGIV) hire and fire these PR firms so frequently.

The healthiest for us investors is to wait for the Co. to announce what it has to announce.
