Considering that felons aren't allowed to vote, are they allowed to hold office?

I'm not sure what you are getting at, but did you know that one of the members of the House was impeached (from the Senate I believe) but was elected again to the House.

Clinton, having served more than half his second term, is not eligible to become President, but several past Presidents have become Senators (in the days before the pension was so nice).
