Joe, glad to hear you're meeting the CEO on Monday. Some possible questions:

1. In his opinion what would be a fair price for BIOI for an acquirer.

2. Why hasn't there been more insider buying as the price has declined?

3. His estimate of the long term revenue and earnings growth rate for BIOI's core business i.e. outside of acquisitions.

Thanks in advance. BTW I've emailed SI about changing the name of the thread (may even help the stock price!)

I wouldn't worry Tim, the listing issue becomes a problem when the stock goes below $1. If it does, they could do a reverse split.

Reverse spilts are never good. I hope the company never considers that as a possibility. Almost all companies that do a reverse split appear to be a huge risk and stay out of favor on Wall Street.

Please post your meeting highlights next week. Really the only thing we need to know is when and how they plan to show a profit again, and then show the double digit growth required of a micro cap. Amgen received some nice news last week, will BIOI realize any additional revenue from Amgen's prize?

best,

Tim
