nothing dramatic reported in the quarter, but the quarter importantly demonstrates that as a ship ethical is now under control; opposite to the past several years, each successive quarter from here should bring incrementally improving news -- this sea change should continue to bode well for the shares even from this improved valuation i did some more research on the new management; the feedback i get is that Joe and Rick are "A players" and very focused on winning; and make for a very strong balance wrt operations, finance and strategic planning this story, although still a story at this stage, has a lot going for it -Tim
