Something I forgot to mention regarding removal of the front (bezel) of the computer. My Dell first required the removal of the side panel before the bezel could be removed. To remove the front of my Compaq did not require removing the side panel. For those who have not tried to clean under the front panel and would like to save the time of taking the side panel/s off check your owners manual or feel around the front panel and see if it can be removed.
