Doesn't even need that. If you got your shares cheap as options
or even at a low price, then selling them off at 2.50 and taking
the PP at 2.00 gives you the following: 100,000 shares at 2.50
=250,000 dollars. Buy 100,000 shares PP at 2.00. Keep 50,000 to
buy that spiffy car, vacation, whatever. Now you have 100,000
shares plus your warrents. You've got a bigger position, you've
got a nice chunk of cash. Take a look at the insider selling and
figure out the "cash bonus" some of the insiders took home.
The date of the selling may have had more to do with the date
itself with regard to the PP than any attempt to pick a top for
the price.

Now we are waiting for 1) the TSE listing 2) the micro counts 3) the macro counts
from the drill core 4) announcement of the beginning of the bulk
sample being taken 5) drilling beginning 6)the bulk sample counts
7) the drilling counts

Each of these should help to support the stock price although the
price may well drift back until (2)the macro counts from the drill
core are released.

The micro counts may not mean much to the general public and the TSE
listing while it may cause a bump up,it is likely to be a two day
wonder. My experience with TSE listings is that they have little
effect unless there are buyers in the wings who have been kept out
because of policies that won't let them buy on the junior exchanges.
I think WSP is going to be tricky to trade because of the list of
possible news releases.
