That's using the "old noggin", Pravin ... I do have to agree with you that
NSM/Cryix will be "punished" by Intel's CeleronA "speed bumps". I guess
that NSM's .25um/.18um processes are harder to "bring up" than expected ... by
some at least. <ggg>

Pravin, if you can use a tax deduction, buy some Feb NSM 15 calls and sell an equivalent number of NSM shares. You can deduct the loss plus up to $3,000 against ordinary income. You can always reverse the transaction in 31 days. Nothing much will change except your broker will be happy and you will get a tax refund.

Caveat: Be sure to check with your tax professional before acting on this or any other advice.
