That a small handful of Democrats joined the majority does not make the vote bi-partisan. You're playing with words. I don't think we need proportionate percentages, and I didn't say that--thank you for setting up a straw man argument, and knocking it down. What I said is we need a higher percentage to approve such things as impeachment; this would as least tend to avoid the spectacle of one party appearing to try to remove an opposite-party President based on political motivations.
