Ronoldo,

<<If one is long it does not help to stir the rumor mill. If one is long one does not spread such "info" (regardless of where it originates) as stating that anyone that drops by the office can read a contract, regardless if this contract has had it's news release or not. >>

Tell me, is there a rule book or a book of guidelines for "longs" that "one" might purchase, check out or borrow???

E

Ron- AGREED!!!!

I just wish I had some funds when it was at the .60 level. Unfortunately, for me I had to sell a few shares to pay off a loan. Man, did that hurt especially when I paid much more. With all of my other shares, I have continued to hold.

All the hype that went on 5 to 6 months, did several bad things for us investors including:

1) unrealistic price expectations and time frame;
2) bad press for the company;
3) higher cost basis for those of us who bought in at the much inflated prices

When I step back from the hype and bashing, I keep thinking of just one thing which is that the company's sales process is very, very long. It is a process that I believe few of us fully understood when most of us got involved in this stock. Since many of us felt that there were signed contracts months ago, it makes the waiting process much longer indeed.

But for those of us who have called the company and spoken to Mr. Chin, we believe the company is going in the right direction and we do not want Mr. Chin doing anything in the short term that will negatively impact the long term potential of this company.

I believe we hear some great news beginning in January. I, like Bull, Risk, Mr. D, Woody, Sam and Ron, etc., am willing to give Mr. Chin the time he needs to get the contracts signed. We are willing to wait because and we are not selling our shares!!!

Enough said.

Falcon

Ronaldo,

I am as long as you are........don't go there.....and I completely disagree with your take of this latest rumor. We have invested on rumors with this company in the past that had 1/10 of the substance. Company IR has stated that as an investor, DGIV will let you come to their office and view the contract. That I believe to be a fact. Wouldn't this information, upon being verified, be useful to someone who might be on the fence so to speak. If you were debating holding or selling your shares, wouldn't you appreciate somebody who brought this information to your attention. I know I would.

As far as people buying in the $.65 range and the $1.30 range, I have done both. I must admit, I am much more comfortable over a buck than under. I can see how many would like to wait until the DGIV chart becomes obvious before investing more money into the company.

As a long, I would like to thank Elane for posting the information. Hopefully we will find out more through both the company and Cheryl Mitchell this week so that those who follow this thread for information can make more educated decisions. I truly hope that Laz, or somebody in the area gets a chance to take the company up on its offer.

Good luck to all.

You must remember Ronaldo that JJJ makes her living as a trader where a lot of the longs here have regular jobs or professions that keep their focus on other things beyond this stock.Maybe someone like you and I, being our own boss,have more time to follow this trip we are on.
