Frank. Yes, it would be nice if Rep. and Dem. could work together. But isn't it interesting that we use the word "mean spirited" only when the Dem. are on the losing end? I know that you are saying that you voted for Bush but it looks like you are a born again Democrat now. gg. Nothing wrong with being a Democrat. Some of my best friends are Democrat's. Pl. don't read this too closely. "I used to be a Democrat". I just can't understand why intelligent people call what Mr. Clinton did, a private affair. He signed sex harassment on the job into law, which includes sex, or whatever we call it now, even if both parties agree. Ms. Lewinsky agreed, but it is still on the job, and Ms. Jones supposedly did not agree and got paid handsomely for her disagreement. Mr. Clinton was impeached because the majority in the House believed, right or wrong, that Mr. Clinton lied under oath. And if lying under oath, by the top law enforcement official, is not going against our constitution, when bribery is, I don't know anymore what is is. The House accuses, the Senate holds the trial. Or should we just pass some new laws and put everything on ballots and let the voters decide what's right or wrong? We are all so educated now. gg. I will vote for NO taxes on money I invest. I already paid taxes on the money I invest. Why should we be taxed double? I believe it should be up to me if I want to spend all what I have or if I want to make more money with it.
