The inspectors will probably be allowed back...but it will most likely be in return for an end of sanctions. I think that's what the French Premier, Chirac, has in mind. He seems to make sense to me...the only thing sanctions have succeeded in doing, IMHO, is contributing to the death of Iraqi children.
