They(DELL) sent out Dell Cerified Contractors to fix the problem...can you READ? I will not post about this anymore. The problem is fixed..Dell fixed the problem...my brother doesn't exist and was not there to see the PCs without the Bios. Oh yeah, I am from another planet. Why aren't you getting ready to buy DELL tomorrow? I am so sorry that I had to post that DELL messed up an order...it's not like ANY company hasn't done it before. If I had posted that DELL did everything PERFECT and the world was so PERFECT, I wouldn't be getting the mudslinging I get in PM. I reported a story, retracted until I got the details and reposted. Should I draw a picture and send you crayons? Dell has made me $$, so what...why don't you hate me for that too! Do you want me now to trash Compaq, because this bank dumped them for DELL PCs? Grow up. I used to think that this board was a bit kinder, but it seems like if we don't think alike like clones, the disagreer is banished to Gulag.
