<<buy high, sell higher, brag a lot, go broke when bubble bursts>> Completely against what all longtime successful investors do. I've always heard to try to maximize your profits, while at the same time minimizing your risk.

Did someone mention AMZN? The biggest laugh I got all week was when I read that AMZN's market capitalization has exceeded Dow index stocks like International Paper and Alcoa Aluminum by 2 Billion each.

I mean who needs such things as cash, fixed assets like factories, long established worldwide sales, dividends, forest land assets, retained earnings, stockholders equity, etc. Just get a warehouse, add some books, and some fancy computer equipment. Then all will be grand.

Midday volume of 250,000 plus. I've seen a few 10,000 shares trades go off at 2 1/16 this morning. Not looking good.

The new year can't get here soon enough for this one.

Skeeter,

My fear is that when the internet bubble bursts, the innocents will drown right along with the internet idiots.
