We noticed the S-1 back in Oct. It's old news now. The 6/98 MD&A is old news too. Would the company's repurchase of it's securities help you with your dilution problem?

Flodyie, that prospectus was filed to qualify shares for registration, shares that had already been sold by an Austrian group. (It may require clarification on the source of the $10 million, 'cause I recall that group not being a 'friendly financier' after the fact. Because I was not in the loop on that situation, I don't pretend to have the facts.)

Regardless, that news is OLD NEWS, pre - April 1998. Get with the program. Turby has traded from $2.00 to $17.00 and back to $5.00 since then. (and some good trading opportunities, both long and short, might I add)

You still bent on saturating this thread with OLD NEWS???
