Bleat, bleat, another firm believer in the infallible truth and justice of the civil tort system. There's a lot of ambiguity in the law, and a lot of crimes that could be prosecuted don't get prosecuted. Aside from which, Clinton is not immune from prosecution after he leaves office. The question is, do the allegations constitute grounds for impeachment and removal from office? Reasonable people can differ on this question. "Treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors" is subject to some interpretation. At least, that's what most people might think. Others find their own reasoning infallible, it appears, and are willing to go to ridiculous rhetorical excess to demonstrate such infallibility. Which seems somewhat counterproductive, in an argumentative sense. Entertaining, though.
