Michelle, I would hope that my daughter would be given the values and courage necessary to always be honest and tell the truth. The values of honesty, trust, courage and integrity are to valuable a commodity to sacrifice for short term gain. It may seem like a corny concept to a lot of people on this thread. But I deeply believe in those principles and also believe we would have a far better country if all of us did. Accepting less from our leader than we would from our children is simply wrong. Some people tonight are sitting in a jail house or military brig because they lied in court. How on earth the Democrats can accept such a gross double standard as that is bizarre to me. Their justifications for lying could have been far more reasonable than simply hiding a blow-job affair. Punishing 19 year old marines one way, and the commander in chief another way is simply wrong. Period. He should do the honorable thing and resign, and the Democrats who believe in this countries principles should be calling upon their leaders to go tell him that. Michael
