I am in the same quest for an ISP that has unlimited ISDN (bonded 128kbps) and is as close to UUnet as I can get. This is what I have found currently. UUnet sells individual single dialups with the many restrictions like you mentioned, but they are in the main business of whosaleing to other ISP's and institutions. There is an ISP called UrJet Internet urjet.net that resells UUnet dialups nationwide using the exact same local access dialup numbers as UUNet. Their rates are very reasonable. I was told on Friday that ISDN bonded requires 2 dialup accounts at $17.95 each (35.90 monthly) and that it is unlimited access, no time restrictions. I still need to confirm this for sure, but this sounds to be the best deal, especially because it is UUnet all the way and UUnet seems to be the best for the RT3 data coming out of Townsend in Chicago.

Thanks
Dan
