Who wants to guess... HK is up, Aus and Japan SLIGHTLY down. Those down say they are waiting on our mkts for direction due to Billy & Willy..... Analysts say that and the end of bombing IRAQ is already factored into our mkts... Where are we going tomorrow? My guess would be down at the open anyway--- then ??? as Billy and Sadam are basically nonmarket events.... if overseas are down do we follow ??? Going to be a strange day...

Has No one considered the Meeting in Israel into the mix..?...Not saying they called the shots in the attack...but DO BELIEVE they WERE READY to go if we WERE not........Just a hunch........Tim
