Not just the Bureau and FAA, but US Marshall's Counter Terrorist team as well. In fact, I think in case like this, all the afore-mentioned agencies, US Attorney's for the districts involved, ATF as well as state and local police all share concurrent jurisdiction.

Representatives of any or all of these agencies may visit Mr. Bashaw at any time for further queries of his numerous posts on this subject.
