I throw Canada in with UK but you are right about Scandanavian. Good point. Tim Russet ask Madeline Albright that on five seperate occasions when Clinton had political problems he had initiated military action or crisis. I think the fact that it is even discussed at that level says something profound about this man. His previous press secretary , McCurry did not have kind words to say about him. He tried to say that Clinton has a part of his make-up that was reckless or foolish. As President with the button that is dangerous!!! We'll see. Steve Davis
