But what would Fundamentaly cause it to keep dipping. The market will move to extremes on emotion, up or down!! God knows we have seen it. But it is like jumping in the swimming pool with a large inflated beach ball. At some point, very quickly, it will seek it's proper level.

With inflation at 0-1% and interest rates low and going lower it will be hard for it to stay down for very long, IMO.
