CPLY
Not much yet. Outstanding shares 19.2 million float 7.5 million. On Nov. 30 the FDA approved an abbreviated New Drug Application for its antiarrhythmia drug. CPLY will manufacture and market it.
Personally I remember reading reports on the company several years ago that indicated it would be an excellent play. I watched it sink and never invested It has earnings of $.26 according to Yahoo. It appears to have turned the corner.

DougR,
Not one of the regular troops here but as concerns CPLY
FA:

Book $5.50
Cash 2.03/s
Current R
2.47
d/e .04
p/s 1.41

they are 51% owned by Hoescht with an agreement that H could not increase their ownership until after 10/98. The y boards have been afloat with rumors either way, negative lately (a plus in my book<G>).

These are good figures and I am getting some idea of what this forum is talking about. Hope to make your seminar in Philly.

Regards,
Roebear

CPLY,
I found this business description at S&P that's actually almost in English:
Develops, makes and sells off-patent prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, including antihistamines, central nervous system agents, diabetes therapy drugs, cardiovascular drugs, skin and mucous membrane agents, and prescription vitamins.
Sounds like a company the damned HMO's probably like. The anal-ysts don't though, consensus is sell; probably don't like 99 EPS forecast (97 actual .03, 98 est. 0.31, 99 est. 0.34). 12+% of the 19.2 million shares are held by institutions, 10+% insiders.
