Ken,

Good morning. I think what makes sense is that DCI get bought out by IXC, and IXC gets bought by either Bell South or Bell Atlantic. The path is pretty clear with the large % of DCI that IXC received in the recent deal. Its one hell of an open door to acquire with 16% already in their position. After reading the filing statements on the IXC deal, its really the only logical deal I can see, unless DCI has other suitors. Which from what came out of the shareholders meeting, that maybe even possible. Who knows, let Joe work his magic and see what he comes up with. The biggest question is, will there be a x-mas present for DCI shareholders or a New Years gift. This second Q period should in the least come out with great news like DCI did coming out of the LONGEST period ever.
