Wasn't it the head of the Democrats, Bill Clinton, who first brought this line of reasoning up? Didn't Bill first use that reasoning to explain why he did not have sex with Monica? From my point of view, the entire question should come down to whether or not Bill Clinton lied to the court and jury under oath. If he did commit that crime, I believe he should resign.
