BANG!!!!! If you let me get away with it that is the end of our court system (Lying under oath)

I have been on the jury of both civil and criminal cases. In each case there was conflicting testimony. Someone lied. There was never a followup prosecution for perjury. The system of government still survives.

Okay, you might ( and no doubt will) say that it is different because he is the President and minute someone see's the President lie they are going to assume that they can do whatever they d**m well please.

It ain't so Dave
People will and do look at the context of the statements. The House was too embarrased to state in their articles the proposed lies. Was Monica aroused by his behavior or was it his intention to arouse her?
Clinton's testimony was all over CNN for the world to see. He testified about how under advise of counsel he used the narrowest definition of SEX to answer in such a way that was truthfull but not necessarily helpfull. That is not perjury, that does not bring down our system of government, that is the very same way that lawyers tell their clients to testify every day.

I'll bring it up again for purpose of discussion, that the reason the Radicals are so bent on this idea of misleading statements is that they are hung up on the idea of an inerrant bible, and cannot reconcile that there is more than one truth.
