And how do they take advantage of that outside of either insider selling or issuing more shares?

It just doesn't seem to make business sense to me. With a couple good investors, they could have gotten the website up...lined up a few nice auction items from their inside contacts. Then offer the shares at $10-15 right off the bat.

It just seems that offering it up as a BB just a few weeks after forming the company indicates financial weakness. If this wasn't a BB, I'd probably buy some...sigh.

Rich people get that way by using other peoples' money first and always their money last.

Same thing here. Why put their own money at risk and use it when they can use ours.

Which is what they are doing...
